The Get: Bottlegreen Elderflower Sparkling Pressé ($4.50, "Like most flavors that develop a cult, the elderflower is like no other," says North Carolina-based chef Andrea Reusing. "It has a clean floral flavor similar to the lychee." The sparkling soda, which is made using a green-friendly winemaking process and sold in gourmet grocery stores, contains no artificial sweeteners, flavors, colors, or preservatives.
