Venezuela’s economy may expand more than 4 percent in 2011 as the construction industry begins to grow, public spending is maintained and more importers have access to foreign currency, central bank director Armando Leon said in an interview with El Mundo.
Venezuela’a economy contracted 1.7 percent in 2010.
