About 30,000 people joined a funeral for a member of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party, or PKK, killed in a firefight with Turkish security forces, Milliyet newspaper reported.
Members of the pro-Kurdish Peace and Democracy Party, which runs several municipalities and has seats in parliament, were among those attending the funeral for Ramazan Terzioglu in Yuksekova in southeastern Turkey, Milliyet said.
