Finnish State May Sell Stake in Elisa, TeliaSonera, TE Reports

Finland’s new government may sell its stake in telecommunications operator Elisa Oyj and Teliasonera AB, the business magazine Talouselaemae reported.
"Several billions of euros in additional government funds can be gained by reducing the government’s ownership of TeliaSonera AB, Elisa Oyj and Itella Logistics Oy,’’ Harri Pursiainen, a permanent secretary at the Ministry of Transport and Communications wrote in a memorandum, according to Talouselaemae.
