Israeli Stocks Retreat Most in a Week as Israel, Arabs Clash

Israeli shares tumbled the most in more than a week amid army clashes in the Palestinian territories and at the Lebanese and Syrian borders. Gas shares slid as drilling at Leviathan 2 was halted.

Delek Drilling-LP and Avner Oil Exploration LP, partners in the Leviathan project off the country’s coast, slid the most since January. The TA-25 Index retreated 1 percent to 1,277.74 at the 4:30 p.m. close in Tel Aviv, the most since May 5.
