AngloGold Sees Stronger 2nd Half on Efforts to Meet Targets

AngloGold Ashanti Ltd., the third-largest gold miner, expects a stronger second half after floods in Australia and Namibia stalled operations earlier this year, and as the company boosts efforts to meet full-year targets.
“We’re going to have to do a little better,” Chief Executive Officer Mark Cutifani said in Johannesburg today. “All the key things are in place to deliver.”
