Polskie Gornictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA, Poland’s dominant gas company, plans to bid for Vattenfall AB’s Warsaw heat and power assets this year, the company known as PGNiG said in a regulatory statement on March
22. PGNiG values the purchase at 2.8 billion zloty ($978 million) to 3.2 billion zloty.
