BP, Rosneft Deal Blocked by Arbitration Tribunal, AAR Says

BP Plc’s planned share swap and proposed Arctic exploration venture with OAO Rosneft were blocked by an arbitration tribunal in London today, Stan Polovets, chief executive officer of AAR, which represents BP’s partners in TNK-BP, said by phone.
