KKR Names Former Alcatel-Lucent CEO Patricia Russo as Director

KKR & Co., the private-equity firm run by Henry Kravis and George Roberts, appointed former Alcatel-Lucent SA Chief Executive Officer Patricia Russo to its board of directors.
Russo, 58, will be the fifth independent director on the seven-member board, the New York-based firm said in a statement today.
