RBS Buys Erno Laszlo Skincare Brand From Fox Paine, Times Says

Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc is buying skincare-products maker Erno Laszlo from U.S. buyout firm Fox Paine & Co. LLC for as much as 30 million pounds ($48.4 million), the Times reported.

RBS is buying the company through a 1.1-billion pound fund run by a specialist private-equity team in its asset management division, the Times said. The bank is working on the deal with former Molton Brown Group Ltd. Chief Executive Officer Charles Denton, according to the newspaper.
