Croatia Selects Jadranska Ulaganja to Buy Rijeka Shipyard

Croatia selected Zagreb-based Jadranska Ulaganja d.d. to buy its share of the 3 Maj shipyard in the country’s largest port of Rijeka as part of its efforts to overhaul the ship-building industry.
“We will send the restructuring program to the Croatian Competition Agency and the European Commission,” Economy Minister Djuro Popijac told the Cabinet today.
