Spain’s SEPI to Sell Stakes in IAG, Red Electrica, Ebro

Spain’s state holding company SEPI plans to sell stakes in International Consolidated Airlines Group SA, Red Electrica Corporacion SA and Ebro Foods SA.
The holding company said its board decided today to seek authorization to sell as much as 2.71 percent of IAG, created from the tie-up of British Airways Plc and Spain’s Iberia Lineas Aereas de Espana SA.
