Egypt Must Address ‘Legitimate Grievances,’ Gibbs Says

The Obama administration stepped up pressure on President Hosni Mubarak’s government to address the “legitimate grievances” of the Egyptian people and said the U.S. is reviewing aid as widespread protests continue.
“The people of Egypt want to see clearly and quickly legitimate steps taken towards concrete reforms,” White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said at the daily White House briefing. “The time for that to happen has most certainly come.”
