Hong Kong billionaire Li Ka-Shing may offer 3.5 billion pounds ($5.6 billion) for the U.K.’s second-biggest power network, the Sunday Times reported, without saying where it got the information.
E.ON AG put the U.K. business up for sale last year, the newspaper reported.
