Writers Nora Ephron and Nicholas Pileggi arrived at the gala preview of the American Antiques Show last night looking for “a very reasonably priced small rug to put next to the bed.”
After browsing weathervanes and flags costing more than $100,000, Ephron said: “We’re absolutely not going to find it here.”
