U.S. Charges Man With Helping Kill Americans in Iraq

The U.S. charged a Canadian man with conspiring to kill Americans in a bomb attack in Iraq in which five soldiers died.

Faruq Khalil Muhammad ‘Isa, 38, was arrested in Canada today based on a criminal complaint charging him with conspiring to kill Americans abroad and with providing material support to that conspiracy, according to a statement from U.S. Attorney Loretta Lynch in Brooklyn.
