U.K. Commercial Property Rose 6.9% Last Year, Led by London

Values of U.K. commercial real estate rose in 2010 for the first time in four years, led by London’s office market, Investment Property Databank Ltd. said.
Average values of stores, offices and warehouses increased 6.9 percent, the London-based research company said today on its website. That compared with a drop of 5.6 percent in 2009. Prices gained 0.3 percent in December from a month earlier, IPD said.
