Foxconn Technology Group said two workers were injured last week after clashes between employees at a factory in Chengdu, central China.

Police were called to disperse two rival groups after a personal dispute began Jan. 6 at the site, where Foxconn employs 22,000 people, the Taipei-based company said in an e-mailed response to questions today. The dispute wasn’t work-related and there was no disruption of business, it said without elaborating on the nature of the problem. There were no fatalities, Louis Woo, a Foxconn spokesman, said in a phone interview.
