Cap Gemini to Sign 500 Million-Euro Loan to Refinance

Cap Gemini SA, Europe’s largest computer-services company, will get a 500 million-euro ($672 million) credit line to refinance debt due this year.

The company agreed to an initial interest margin of 90 basis points more than the euro interbank offered rate on funds it draws from the five-year revolving credit, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. A basis point is 0.01 percentage point.
