Colombia Said to Name Quintero to Manage Domestic Bond Sales

Colombia plans to make Juan Manuel Quintero head of internal financing at the Finance Ministry, Public Credit Director German Arce told bond traders yesterday, according to two people who attended the meeting.
Arce said that Quintero, 36, will begin managing the government’s local debt sales after his appointment is made official, according to the people, who asked not to be identified because they’re not authorized to speak publicly on the matter.
