Shell Says Puget Sound Refinery Processing Units Shut

Royal Dutch Shell Plc said all the processing units were shut at its Puget Sound refinery in Washington after an upset in the plant’s boiler house.
There were no injuries in the incident, which occurred at about 12:30 p.m. local time, Jaunty Rutter, a Shell spokesman, said in a telephone interview.
