Petroneft Declines After Failing to Meet 2010 Oil Output Goal

Petroneft Resources Plc fell the most in more than two months in London trading after failing to meet a 2010 goal for crude output from a field near Tomsk, Russia.

The shares fell 5 pence, or 6.8 percent, to 68.5 pence at 8:22 a.m. local time, the biggest intraday drop since Oct. 29.
