Banco Bradesco BBI SA, Brazil’s third-largest debt underwriter, plans to increase staff by 20 percent next year as growth in Latin America’s largest economy fuels deals in capital markets and acquisitions.

Bradesco, Brazil’s second-biggest lender by market value, expects to add 10 people to a staff of 50 in its investment-banking unit, said Fabio Mentone, Bradesco BBI’s co-head of the division.
