Norilsk Close to Accord to Buy Out UC Rusal, Journal Reports

OAO Norilsk Nickel may soon close an agreement to buy out the 25% stake held by Oleg Deripaska’s UC Rusal, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing an interview with Vladimir Potanin.
Potanin, who owns just under 30 percent of the metals company, told the Journal in an interview that the transaction might be completed within three to four months.
