Zlomrex SA, Poland’s biggest steel distributor, is seeking investor approval to amend the terms of its 127 million-euro ($168 million) issue of high-yield bonds.

The amendments will allow Zlomrex to reorganize the company in order to focus on its steel business, and to buy back some of the notes, according to a statement yesterday.
