Oil & Natural Gas Corp., India’s biggest explorer, is offering to sell 600,000 barrels of Nile Blend crude from Sudan in February, according to a document e-mailed to potential buyers.

ONGC Nile Ganga BV, the company’s Amsterdam-based unit, will accept bids linked to the official selling price of Indonesia’s Minas oil, the document showed. Nile Blend, a low-sulfur grade, is produced by Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Co., in which ONGC has a 25 percent stake.
