Hong Kong Cyberport to Limit Office Rent Gains to Lure Tenants

Hong Kong Cyberport Management Co., a government-controlled landlord, plans to limit gains in office rents next year as it seeks to add to tenants that include Microsoft Corp. and International Business Machines Corp.
The company charges about HK$20 ($2.60) per square foot, Chairman Paul Chow told reporters today. Cyberport, started to help the local technology industry, will invest HK$100 million in the next three years to improve facilities, he said.
