Standard Chartered Bank Kenya Ltd., a unit of Standard Chartered Plc., declined a second trading day as investors sold the stock to pay for vacations, an analyst said.

Standard Chartered retreated as much as 4.3 percent before dropping 2 percent to 251 shillings by the 3 p.m. close in Nairobi, the biggest decline in more than a week.
