Votorantim Seeks 30% of Grupo Mexico Copper Mine, Reservado Says

Brazil’s Votorantim Metais Ltda. is in talks to buy 30 percent of Grupo Mexico SAB’s Cananea copper mine for $220 million, Rio de Janeiro-based newsletter Relatorio Reservado said, without saying where it got the information.
Votorantim Metais’s press office didn’t immediately return an e-mail from Bloomberg News seeking comment.
