Motiva Enterprises LLC said it had an equipment failure that resulted in the release of an unspecified amount of nitrogen oxide and sulfur dioxide at its Norco, Louisiana, refinery, according to a report to the National Response Center.
The incident happened at 8:40 a.m. local time yesterday, according to the report.
