PGE, Inter RAO in Talks on Poland-Russia Power Link, PAP Says

PGE SA, Poland’s biggest utility, is in talks with OAO Inter RAO UES, its state-run Russian counterpart, to build a an electricity link between the two countries, the PAP newswire said, citing PGE spokeswoman Sylwia Filimon.

The talks to link the power lines between Poland and Kaliningrad, a Russian exclave on the Baltic Sea, are at an early stage, PAP cited Filimon as saying.
