The DFM General Index retreated 1 percent to 1,673.82, the lowest level since Sept. 22, at the 2 p.m. close in Dubai. Abu Dhabi’s measure was little changed and Saudi Arabia’s Tadawul All Share Index slipped 0.1 percent.
