Irish, Portuguese and Greek two-year government note yields fell more than 70 basis points each.

Irish two-year note yields slid 122 basis points to 6.47 percent as of 12:46 p.m. in London. Portuguese two-year note yields slid 74 basis points to 4.44 percent, and Greek yields dropped 71 basis points to 11.12 percent.
