Saudi Lends Satorp $1.3 billion to finance Refinery, SPA Says

Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund gave a $1.3 billion loan to Saudi Aramco Total Refinery & Petrochemical Co., known as Satorp, to finance part of its 400,000 barrels-a-day Jubail refinery, the Saudi Press Agency reported yesterday.
Saudi Aramco has a 62.5 percent stake in the $5.1 billion joint venture with Total SA, which owns 37.5 percent, SPA said.
