I don’t mean it’s hot with celebrities. I mean it is really warm—no snow. I can see the actual streets for the first time in a decade. In the past, they have always been covered with packed snow. Weather gets crazier and crazier. Good thing that a big portion of the sessions this year at the World Economic Forum are on green technology and sustainable growth. Since cities can have the smallest carbon footprint if they have mass transit (and the biggest if they don’t), the session on cities should be good. Try matching New York’s carbon footprint to LA’s. Think about it.

The WEF conference is supposed to have a zero carbon footprint. I can’t link you to the site because I’m sitting on the floor with a dial up connection and it’s a nightmare.
