Argentina Forecasts 8.4% Economic Growth This Year, Nacion Says

Argentina’s government forecasts growth will reach 8.4 percent this year after climbing 0.9 percent last year, La Nacion reported, without saying where it obtained the information.

The goverment will include the forecast in reports it submits to Congress for the 2011 budget, the Buenos Aires-based newspaper reported. Economy Minister Amado Boudou has previously forecast growth of seven percent this year.
