Potanin’s Interros Borrows $2 Billion From Sberbank

Billionaire Vladimir Potanin’s Interros Holding Co. received $2 billion in loans for as long as five years from state-run OAO Sberbank and agreed to borrow from international lenders to refinance debt and fund new projects.
Interros refinanced credit lines, raised the limit on new long-term facilities from VTB Group and agreed to borrow funds from international lenders including JPMorgan Chase & Co., UBS AG, ING Bank NV and Raiffeisen Zentralbank Oesterreich, the company said in an e-mailed statement.
