BP Plc and the Obama Administration may decide today whether to complete a relief well to intercept and permanently seal its damaged Gulf of Mexico well.
BP and government scientists are reviewing the results of a pressure test done yesterday that may show whether mud and cement poured into the top of the Macondo well has completely sealed the leak, the company said today in an e-mailed statement.
