Tropical Storm Colin, which had been slowing earlier this morning as it moved northward toward Bermuda, is now stationary, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said in its latest advisory.

The storm, which has maximum sustained winds of about 40 miles per hour (64 kph), is expected to resume moving to the north-northeast later today, the Miami-based center said.
