Massmart to Buy Pupkewitz Megabuild in Namibia, Fin24.com Says

Massmart Holdings Ltd., South Africa’s biggest food and general goods wholesaler, bought control of M Pupkewitz & Sons (Pty) Ltd., a Namibian hardware retailer, Fin24.com reported.
The transaction is still awaiting approval from Namibian antitrust authorities, the Johannesburg-based news website reported, citing Massmart Corporate Affairs Executive Brian Leroni.
