Renaissance Capital, the Russian investment bank half-owned by billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov, said it hired former U.S. President Bill Clinton to speak to investors at its annual investment forum in Moscow this month.

RenCap, which cancelled its Moscow conference last year amid the country’s deepest recession on record, will hold this year’s event on June 28-30, said Quinn Martin, a spokesman for the bank, by phone today.
