Former Brazil Central Bankers Create Asset Manager, Valor Says

Two of the Brazilian central bank’s former monetary-policy directors, Mario Toros and Rodrigo Azevedo, plan to open an asset management company, Valor Economico reported, without saying where it obtained the information.
They filed a request with the nation’s securities regulator, Comissao de Valores Mobiliarios, according to the Sao Paulo-based newspaper. The company will be based in Sao Paulo and called Ibiuna Investimentos, Valor reported.
