RBS Hires Julian Cheong as Southeast Asia Bank Head

Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc hired former Nomura Holdings Inc. executive Julian Cheong as head of banking for Southeast Asia.
Cheong will be based in Singapore, and oversee banking operations across debt, equity and advisory products, Edinburgh- based RBS said in an e-mailed statement today.
