L’Occitane Hong Kong IPO Said to Raise $707 Million

L’Occitane International SA and its parent raised HK$5.49 billion ($707 million) from the first Hong Kong initial public offering of a French company, said a person with knowledge of the matter.
The French maker of beauty products and parent L’Occitane Groupe SA sold a combined 364.12 million shares, or a 25 percent stake, at HK$15.08 each, said the person, who declined to be identified before an official announcement.
