RAK Bank Plans to Double Euro-Note Program Limit to $1 Billion

National Bank of Ras al-Khaimah PSC, a lender in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking to raise the limit of its Euro medium term note program to $1 billion from $500 million, it said in a notice to the Abu Dhabi exchange today. The bank has called an extraordinary meeting of shareholders to approve the proposal.
