Multimedia Polska Proposes Bond Sale as Polish Market Rallies

Multimedia Polska SA said it plans a 400 million-zloty ($141 million) bond issue, the biggest by a publicly traded company in Poland in almost two years, as the market revives after last year’s slowdown.
The Polish cable television operator aims to sell five- or six-year bonds in May, “shortly” after its shareholders approve the issue on May 10, Chief Executive Officer Andrzej Rogowski said in an interview today.
