Cedar Fair Entertainment Co., the operator of Kings Island and Knott’s Berry Farm amusement parks, plunged 12 percent in early U.S. trading after terminating its merger agreement with affiliates of Apollo Global Management.
Cedar Fair, based in Sandusky, Ohio, dropped $1.45 to $10.75 at 9:16 a.m., before the start of regular U.S. trading.
