Bank of Montreal Hires Neuberger, Grimaldi in Investment Bank

Bank of Montreal, Canada’s fourth-largest bank, hired Michael Neuberger and Annette Grimaldi from Jefferies Group Inc. for its health-care investment banking unit.
Neuberger and Grimaldi will join BMO Capital Markets’ health-care investment banking group after a noncompete period expires, said Ralph Marranca, a spokesman for the bank. Jim Love, who previously led the unit, is leaving the company, said Kim Hanson, a BMO spokeswoman.
