Dish Network Corp. said it received a temporary reprieve from a federal judge’s order to stop using a digital video recording service that infringes a TiVo Inc. patent.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit issued the ruling yesterday, Dish and EchoStar Corp. said in a statement.
