The Philadelphia Phillies will share $18.4 million for winning the World Series, about 2.6 percent less than the bonus given to the 2007 champion Boston Red Sox.
Members of the Phillies will get $351,504.48 each for defeating the Tampa Bay Rays in Major League Baseball’s championship round in October.
